2 oz Austin 101
.5 oz St. Germaine Elderflower Liquor
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
4 – 5 oz Ginger Beer (we used Fever Tree)
8 dashes of bitters for garnish
Pack a Collins glass with ice, add the Austin 101, St. Germaine and lemon juice. Top with the ginger beer. Do not stir. Garnish with bitters. Serve with straw.
