1 fresh juicy Texas Hill Country peach diced
2 oz Austin 101
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Simple syrup to taste
Add ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, strain into chilled glass, and garnish with fresh peach slice.
These delicious peaches are from Vogel Orchards in Stonewall/Fredericksburg Texas established in 1953
