101 CINNAMON MAPLE SOUR

 

2 oz Austin 101

1 oz fresh lemon juice

1/2 oz (or 3 teaspoons) of maple syrup

Pinch of ground cinnamon

Fill a cocktail shaker or mason jar about two-thirds full of ice, add the bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup and a pinch of ground cinnamon. Securely fasten the lid and shake well. Strain over ice into your cocktail glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
