2 oz. of Austin 101

1 oz. cream of coconut syrup

1 oz. of pineapple juice

.5 oz. of fresh lemon juice

Cherry garnish

Shake ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a large rocks or hurricane glass over ice. Garnish with a cherry.
